Bargaining update Posted On: Sep 11, 2024 Bargaining Update Introduction and Apology • I apologize for the delay of our bargaining update. • All we needed to do is get the Districts proposal. Proposal Details • The first proposal was moving Head Custodian band grade from B22 to B23. • Shoe allowance from $100 to $125. Shoe allowance will show up after bargaining ends and contract is ratified. • Move Grounds Crew from M22 to M23 • Change language on hiring between phases, moving from June 15th to May 30th. • Insurance premiums will stay the same. The district will absorb the increase of $2.2mil • And to try to uncompress the salary schedule back to or close to the way it was, most will get a 1 Step and $0.75. And Others will not.
