On Wednesday, November 12th, CESPA returned to the table and proposed the following:**

• A step increase for all Support Staff

• $15.00 per hour for all in-service work completed outside contracted hours

• A $1.00 hourly increase for nurses

• Router pay adjustments, as these employees are required to drive a bus but are not currently receiving driver pay

• An increase for Data Management Specialists

Now is the time to make your voice heard.
Email the Clay County School Board and tell them you deserve a step and a salary that reflects the value of your work.
